Job purpose: •Accountable for preserving smooth IT Infrastructure such as servers core switches and storages at Abu Dhabi Plaza. •Ensure security compliance as per the standards, provide technical support across Abu Dhabi Plaza assets. Roles and Responsibilities: •Administers and maintains information technology systems (including PC, Servers, LAN ,WAN equipment, Next-gen firewalls and PABX). •Provides IT operations functions to the building systems/offices for the organization’s standard hardware, software and voice/data network solutions. •Responsible for Manage and Maintenance of Datacenter, Server Room, CCTV Monitoring center •Responsible for the purchase, installation, and life-cycle maintenance of PCs, CCTV systems servers, LAN /WAN network connectivity equipment, printing equipment cartridges and IT accessories. •Provides escalated on-site support of hardware, software and network connectivity issues. •Acts as the primary point of communication Operations, business and functional units. •Performs local administration and operations functions as appropriate in accordance with corporate standards, policies and procedures. •In cooperation with local operations staff and key users, provides strategic, budgeting and disaster recovery/business continuity planning to offices and staff in multiple operating, business and functional units. •Responsible for local inventory maintenance and software license management. •Monitors security compliance in accordance with TIS (Technology and Information Systems) standards, corporate policies and procedures, responsible for maintenance of systems documentation such as TIS operations manuals. •Serves as the technical and communications liaison to and from stakeholders and office key users for IT communications, initiatives, needs assessments, etc. •Responsible for procurement, installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software (includes PCs, peripherals, servers, networking equipment, printing equipment and cartridges, operating systems and other software) •Provides escalated technical support that requires an on-site presence (server, SAN,NAS, network or PC equipment failure), including data backup recovery. Performs complex software/hardware troubleshooting, patches and re-installations in accordance with established SLAs. •Provides consulting/training/education services such as data management and staff training/orientation for standard systems. •Serves as the IT point of contact and accountable for the IT portion of new office setups, office expansions, etc. This includes relocation and/or installation of voice/data communications solutions, LAN and PC equipment. •Responsible for local IT vendor, contract and outsourcing management. •Responsible for monitoring data backups in offices to ensure that they are completed on a regular basis. •Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure service delivery methods and procedures. •Monitors business critical processes and systems. •Leads and manages office digital business processes. •Installs, configures and supports new and existing servers and network infrastructure. •Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain service levels. •Conducts testing and analysis of all components of network and server. •Development and implementation of IT strategy and other IT-related documents and standards for the AEPM business functions •Installations of CRM system, coordination of 1C Accounting system, Sales reporting and etc. •Management of the Facility Management IT team RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Min of: 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure including Servers, Core Switches, Storages (NAS,SAN), Next-gen firewalls and Microsoft 365 products YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION Min of: 5 years of related managerial experience FIELD OF EXPERIENCE Experience in complex IT/Network architecture design and management in a large public facility (event, shopping, hotels), preferably within Kazakhstan. TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS -Experience in complex IT/Network architecture design and management in a large public facility (event, shopping, hotels), preferably within Kazakhstan. -Strong functional knowledge LAN and WAN, Switching, Routing, IP based Voice and Data communication. -Strong functional knowledge of, Microsoft Server Roles like Active Directory, Domains, DNS, DHCP. -Strong knowledge of Data Center /Server Room standards and functions -Strong functional knowledge of Access Control systems, Barrier systems, Video Management Software, Car Park Management systems, Digital Signage System, Foot Fall systems ,Pubic Address and Back Ground music Systems. QUALIFICATION BSC in Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications Certifications required. , ITIL, PMP, N+, Microsoft Certification.
