The IT company Andersen invites a Soft Skills Trainer (English) to join its team. Andersen is a European software development company uniting over 3,500 top-class professionals: developers, architects, testers, analysts, and other specialists. Responsibilities: - Conducting individual classes with employees on communication: presentation, speeches, soft skills, clarifying requests and challenges, assessing current actions on verbal and nonverbal communication, providing feedback; - Filling in the corporate soft skill matrix; - Communication skills training ("small group trainings"); - Determining employee readiness in communication skills. Must-haves: - Higher education; - Knowledge of modern methods of training, developing, and evaluating personnel; - Experience in training or teaching soft skills; - High level of literacy, good erudition, and trainability; - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and nonverbal), openness, and the ability to motivate people; - Operating management skills, systematic approach to problem-solving, analytical thinking, skills in providing competent argumentation; - Charisma, active lifestyle, positive thinking, the desire to work with people; - Level of English – Upper-Intermediate or above. Nice-to-haves: - Basic or additional training in psychology/staff administration; - Your own training programs and developments.
