What you’ll do: Manage a team of developers and testers and be responsible for compliance with plans and requirements Help create documentation Interact with marketing and analytics departments while working on tasks and launching experiments Participate in the discussion of hypotheses and experiment results Plan the roadmap and workload of the team Interact with designers in the process of a new project development Manage the timing, resources, and results of projects in the face of constant change What you need to succeed: 3+ years of experience as a manager of mobile or web-projects Knowledge of technical topics and an understanding of IT project inner workings Knowledge of development methodologies and the ability to apply them in reality Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively on a large number of tasks and meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment Strong analytical skills Knowledge of performance/product metrics (MAU, DAU, CPM, CPC, CPA,CTR,CR, ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.) Ability to break down large tasks into smaller and more understandable ones Nice to have: Interface design experience An understanding of database functionality An understanding of web-application functionality What we offer: Work remotely from all around the world Collaborative working atmosphere in an internal game dev community that unites more than 40 in-house and partner studios A strong team of specialists across different areas — access unique expertise and professional knowledge Possibility to experiment and work on interesting tasks with ambitious goals — we have all resources to implement new ideas Create great games and win the hearts of players Push the boundaries of the game industry and lead the way forward
