We create engaging products which captivate millions of people all over the world. What you'll do: Organize and manage the process of creating advertising videos for the project. Develop strategies and concepts for advertising videos based on the target audience, company objectives, analytical data, and market trends. Analyze the results of advertising campaigns and assess the effectiveness of different approaches. Manage and coordinate the work of the creative team, including designers, animators, and creative managers. Collaborate with other departments and studios to achieve common goals. Implement innovative ideas and technologies into the workflow. What you need to succeed: Experience as a creative producer in game development or related industries. An understanding of the entire process of creating advertising videos and experience in their successful implementation. Excellent project management and team leadership skills. Analytical abilities. An understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to influence them. An understanding of the impact that various marketing strategies have on metrics and the ability to adapt approaches to achieve desired results. Creative thinking skills and the ability to generate new ideas. The ability to analyze competitors. Proficiency in tools like Data.ai and Sensor Tower. The candidate should be well-informed about the latest trends in the gaming industry and related areas related to marketing and advertising. The ability to analyze and interpret changes in the behavior and preferences of the target audience. The ability to predict the market evolution and its impact on marketing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
