MoonExpert is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting. We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL. We are currently looking for a Lawyer to join our team, whose main task is to support our acquiring products in the FinTech Markets in the CIS Region. What is to be done: Legal support of the Payment organization within the framework of civil, economic, administrative, labor affairs; Сonsultation of employees and clients on legal issues; Development and approval of internal regulatory documents of the Organization; Preparation of legal opinions on legal issues; Preparation of letters on legal issues; Expertise of draft amendments to the CBKR regulations, legislation conducting claim work on property, labor and other disputes; Expertise in the implementation of projects with international partners; Expertise in the implementation of crypto projects (desirable, but not required); Audit of existing documents of the Organization; Ensuring compliance with the rule of law in the activities of the Organization; Protection by legal means of property and other rights of the organization; Participation in the implementation of projects with international partners; Development/approval of contracts and internal regulatory documents of the Organization. Our expectations from the candidate: Knowledge of payment specifics for PSP and FinTech industry in CIS region; Experience in the financial sector; Legal support; Claim work; Contract work banking law; Drafting contracts; Corporate law; Negotiation experience; Attention to detail, proactivity; English is not lower than Intermediate (an additional foreign language will be an advantage); Ability to work in multitasking mode.
