About the position We are looking for an experienced Training & Development Manager for Breezy Company to improve the productivity of the employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. Breezy is the market leader in Trade-In service, recycling and restoration of equipment. Trade-In is a service thanks to which buyers in our partner stores can return their equipment and receive a discount on the purchase of a new gadget or a certificate.
