Are you an imaginative and innovative individual with a knack for creating captivating content on social media platforms? If you have a lively personality and the ability to come up with engaging activities, we've got the perfect job opportunity for you! We're on the hunt for a talented Social Media Manager with the following skills: Social Media Expertise: proficient knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices. Content Creation: the ability to generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news). Analytical Skills: proficient in web traffic metrics, social media KPIs, and SEO. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and adjust strategy accordingly. Customer feedback management: skills in managing online feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. Understanding of Online Marketing Channels: familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies: define the most important social media KPIs, manage, and oversee social media content. Content publishing: publish and share engaging content regularly. Performance Analysis: monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews. Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Community engagement: interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments. Brand Development: develop a social media strategy in accordance with business goals and brand voice. SEO and web traffic metrics: collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency. Collaboration: collaborate with other teams, like Marketing & Sales and Customer Service to ensure brand consistency. Management: Manage deadlines, objectives, and schedules. Crisis Management: interact appropriately in online discussions regarding the company, perform damage control in necessary situations, and maintain the company's reputation in the social media sphere.
