Responsibilities: Create user stories and tasks description for the development team Manage complex integration projects across teams Gather and analyze user feedback and product metrics to identify product opportunities. Create product requirements documents and specifications. Work with engineers and designers to develop and launch new features. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business and the users. Requirements / Tools: Strong project management skills in software development. The candidate should be able to manage the product development process from start to finish, including setting goals, creating timelines, and tracking progress. At least 3+ years of commercial experience in IT?. Experience in business/systems analysis. The Junior PM should have expertise in understanding software development processes and product lifecycle and the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should be able to collaborate effectively with other members of the product teams to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business and the users. A passion for product development. The Junior Product Manager should be passionate about product development and have a desire to learn and grow in the field. Be a fan of a systematic approach, and desire to make better processes instead of fixing mistakes. Fluent in English at an advanced level (B2+). (Our development teams and stakeholders are globally dispersed). Has an experience with various tools (or their analogs): Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerBI.
