You will be involved in working on truly meaningful business tasks, receiving mentorship from top management and training from experts! As an Experienced Manufacturi ng Project Manager , you will be working with a broad range of processing equipment and be responsible for: Evaluating technical solutions to achieve business objectives; Performing cost analysis and collaborating with departments such as Manufacturing, R&D, as well as other P&G sites and functions; Designing, procuring, and implementing new processing equipment to meet production needs; Testing newly acquired equipment from vendors to ensure it meets the required standards; Resolving equipment issues by working closely with production personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations for both new and existing equipment; Monitoring production processes to identify improvement areas and implement process changes to increase efficiency; Managing and mentoring project team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard; Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and presenting project results to upper management. Compensation & benefits Monthly salary starting from 120 000 RUB gross; Annual bonus; Medical, travel, and life insurance; Free lunch on the territory of the plant; Shuttle bus from Moskovskaya subway station. Job Qualifications A higher education diploma; Up to 3 years of relevant work experience; English language proficiency at a level not lower than Intermediate; Strong communication skills, leadership and analytical capabilities; Critical thinking and problem solving skills; Ability to work within diverse organizations and teams; Technical academic background is preferable, but not mandatory.
