Our client is the famous premium cloth producer, fashion, ecommerce retailer incl chain of offline retail stores. Responsibilities: We are looking for a hands-on manager, responsible for leading a small IT team. Initially, you will oversee a team of internal 3-5 IT specialists and external IT providers (retail support, programming etc). Your role will be dynamic and engaging, combining managerial responsibilities with active involvement in day-to-day operations. As a hands-on manager, you will not only provide guidance and support to your team but also actively contribute to the tasks at hand. You will be looking after elements of the Corporate IT Infrastructure, Retail Support, Ecommerce platform (1C), Network, Desktop support, Security & Compliance, and you will provide technical leadership and assurance to ensure the effective and safe running of our IT capabilities. This is a hands-on role for a strategic leader who can successfully lead and inspire a team. Working closely with all areas of the business, this role will be instrumental in overcoming challenges and issues with various IT systems which integrate with each other. Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience in the retail/fashion/e-commerce industry with excellent knowledge of IT systems management principles and processes; Proven management, organization, and leadership experience with considerable knowledge of business operations, business processes, financials, and management; Attention to detail and strong ability to write clear, easy-to-understand policies and procedures and the ability to prioritize competing demands; Knowledge of Network Architecture; Strong business Process mapping skills and documentation; Experience with relevant data privacy laws and regulations; Understanding and awareness of information security and how this is applied in operational environments; Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts; Committed to producing efficient and high-quality technical solutions; Knowledge of O365, Windows Server, Mikrotik, HiWatch, HikVision, Acronis, VMWare/Hyper-V Experience as an 1C Developer will be a huge plus (1С:ITIL, 1С:Retail etc); Proactive and self-motivated, able to set and achieve personal targets; Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; Flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the business with a ‘can-do’ attitude; Conditions: Worldwide fashion leader; Local freedom to changes of HeadQuarters: local desicion-making, local suppliers and local providers etc; International, friendly environment; Competative salary and social packages.
