Internet Marketing Company INFUSEmedia is looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer (Middle+/Senior) responsible for our quality assurance process and testing our web platform. About the project: We have developed and continue to improve our web platform for internal use (a business system for optimizing and automating online marketing processes), consisting of several interconnected and interacting modules. Our web system for the B2B sector with complex business logic, a large amount of data, and integration via REST API. We use the Agile methodology in the development process. Tasks to be solved: - Defining QA strategy, approach, and execution in development projects - Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation - Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes. - Building and maintenance of quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards - Ensuring the quality of our product through testing activities and developing and supporting testing infrastructure - Estimate, prioritize, plan, and execute testing activities while continuously improving existing and implementing new testing processes and tools - Testing at all stages of software development - a full cycle of testing - manual and automation testing - Support for the performance of already written tests - Writing new tests - Performing automated tests - Working with databases (SQL queries) - API testing - Test planning and test documentation preparation - Analysis and clarification of requirements, discussion, and their processing - Collaboration with the development team, QA team, and management team Professional knowledge and skills needed to solve problems: - Experience in manual testing for 4+ years - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Strong knowledge of SQL - Experience in API testing - Knowledge of methodologies and tools for manual testing of web applications - Experience with Postman, Google Chrome Devtools, TestRail, JIRA - Experience in test automation from 5 years - Java + Selenium (IDE, Web Driver, etc.) - Basic knowledge of PHP (would be a big plus) - Understanding the architecture and a technological stack of web applications (client, server interaction protocols, web server, application server, database) - CI/CD pipelines - Linux, git, bug trackers - English - Intermediate level of technical reading/writing Soft skills: - Systems thinking - Ability to understand and test all options for interaction between the user and the system - Analytical mindset, high level of attention to detail, ability to formulate a problem clearly and concisely - Thoroughness and accuracy. - A true team player - Responsibility We offer: Competitive compensation, taking into account the experience and skills of the candidate.
