AdQuantum is a team of professionals engaged in the promotion of mobile apps. The company was founded in November 2015; today, it ranks among the companies with the best expertise in mobile marketing worldwide. Our clients are mobile application developers with positive unit economics who are part of the top 100 at the App Store and Google Play. Among them are such companies as BetterMe, Genesis, Radish, Nekki, Cinnamon Games, Bigo, IQ Option, Easy Ten, and others. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate to fulfill the role of Art Director in our performance marketing agency. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and capabilities: 1. Extensive experience in managing the production of mobile app ads, with a track record of delivering high-quality ad creatives at scale (over 1,000 ad creatives per month). 2. Strong proficiency in production optimization, continuously seeking and implementing faster and cost-effective methods for creating ads. 3. Demonstrated ability to ensure the quality control of produced advertisements, maintaining high standards of visual appeal and effectiveness. 4. Experience in training and mentoring personnel, particularly project managers and motion designers, to enhance their skills and improve team performance. 5. Proven expertise in developing motivation systems for regular employees and freelancers, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 6. Proficiency in creating and implementing a management system for freelancers, utilizing tools such as Jira, with experience managing a team of over 200 people. 7. Solid background in managing the UGC (User-Generated Content) production department, ensuring efficient and streamlined processes. 8. Knowledge and experience in leveraging AI technologies to accelerate the production process and reduce costs, integrating artificial intelligence into the creation of advertising materials. 9. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze historical data on advertising campaigns to optimize production processes and increase conversion rates. Qualifications: Experience in organizing and managing processes within a design department. Proficiency in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and experience. Experience in advertising, particularly in creating animated content. Confident knowledge of software tools such as UnrealEngine, Blender, Spine, and Adobe products. Proficiency in working with the Jira program, utilizing it to manage projects and tasks efficiently. Skill in building an analytics system to measure the effectiveness of produced creatives, enabling data-driven decision-making.
