Tasks, duties and responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities of the Head of department include, but are not limited to the following: • Supervising the team of accountants in carrying out the following duties for client companies; • Maintaining proper accounting records of Company’s transactions, by proper utilization of accounting software package for these purposes, • Making salary calculation and payments in timely manner, • Keeping track of staff vacations, making vacation payments in a timely manner, • Receiving the business trip expense reports from staff members, checking them and making sure they are compiled correctly, • Managing the cash of the Company, posting entries in cash book, • Managing advance cash payments, • Issuing invoices to Clients in a timely manner and correctly, • Coordinating the preparation and submission of Company’s financial statements, tax filings, social security and statistics reports, as well as other reports required by various Government authorities;• Ensuring that the invoices to Clients are issued timely and correctly; • Coordinating the preparation of regular management reports on analyses of revenues, debtors, costs, salaries, etc.; • Managing the bank accounts of the Company; • Representing the Company to the tax and other Government authorities; • Other duties related to the accounting areas in the Company. • Maintaining accounting for the Company. ??????? Required qualifications: • Master’s Degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or Economics. • Minimum of 5 years progressive professional experience with proven excellence in the areas of audit or accounting. • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in the field, • Strategic thinking and analytical aptitude, • Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills, • Ability for delegation and supervision of work, • Adequate planning and budgeting skills, • Focused and detail oriented, • Professional appearance and behaviour, • Strong analytical skills, • Excellent knowledge of IFRS, • Excellent knowledge of Tax and Customs legislation of Kyrgyz Republic, • Financial statement preparation skills, • Accounting software, spreadsheet and word processing skills, • Computer skills: accounting software packages, word processing and spreadsheets, • Language skills: Kyrgyz, Russian, English).
