We are seeking a highly strategic and transformation-focused Division Manager to join our team. The Manager's responsibilities will include the practical application of wide-ranging corporate strategies, turning these strategies into actionable tasks, supervising performance, and delivering reports on the effective accomplishment of these strategies. What will play a crucial role in achieving the goals of transformation of the organization. Key job responsibilities: Developing a business cases for each project and presenting it to senior leadership for approval Monitoring the progress of each project throughout its life cycle to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved Developing a detailed plan for implementing the new system or process based on the needs identified in the business case Coordinating with IT teams to design and develop new systems or processes Determining how to allocate resources within the organization to meet project goals and deadlines Working with external vendors to design and develop new products and services Analyzing data to determine where improvements can be made to increase efficiency or effectiveness of processes Establishing communication plans to notify clients, partners, and other stakeholders about changes in processes or procedures Support the management decision making process by gathering and analyzing the information then formulating solutions, proposing recommendations to the management and communicate the direction to stakeholders locally and globally Facilitate workshops to ideate new strategic initiatives. Be a thought partner for functional management team to provide insight and solutions to issues, risks and emerging challenges Develop the transformation agenda and lead change management when there are changes in the strategic direction Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic planning or business transformation role University degree in business administration, engineering or finance is preferred Strategic management, corporate performance management, business model development, business intelligence Strategic planning skills, with the ability to move from strategic thinking to action Strong understanding of business processes, change management, and transformation principles.Strategy Implementation is essential Experience in mobile business with mobile communication or telecommunications. A proven track record of delivering results in developing, implementing, and driving strategies, as well as working with cross-functional teams, management, or executive management to gain alignment and make decisions, is required Commercial awareness, process management and action orientation with a drive for results Working conditions: Work in an international company; Competitive salary and bonus system; Corporate training; Corporate SIM card and mobile phone; All details on the vacancy can be clarified with HR.
