Freedom Finance Europe Ltd is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. We offer financial services and our team is filled with highly qualified professionals working in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager, you will direct projects according to our strategy, commitments, and goals. Join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing projects related to the expansion and maintenance of Company’s counterparties network Create and maintain project schedules and other project documentation Communicate project updates and progress to the Head of the Department Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of projects Help to develop and implement project management processes and tools to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness Monitor and track project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements Other duties as assigned by the Head of the Department Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good knowledge of Financial Services industry Good knowledge of Onboarding procedures Good knowledge of KYC DD procedures and requirements Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to engage and work efficiently with cross-functional teams both internally and externally Prior experience in project coordination or management in regulated entities will be considered as an advantage A bilingual proficiency in English and Russian.
