GET Business Consulting is a product software development and business consulting company. Our goal: development of high-class Project & Process Management software solutions designed to support product development, engineering, and business processes. We work for customers in various industries, like nuclear and power, renewables, automotive, tourism, and construction. We are looking for a Project Manager for our German team. Our office is located in Grevenbroich, D?sseldorf. About the project you will be responsible for: Q-Portal is a web-based platform that streamlines/digitizes the inspection process for large-scale international projects in the power industry - renewable energy, oil&gas. Conducting needs assessment by collecting customer requirements, preparing gap analysis, identifying differences in customer requirements and the product functionality, signing off the functional requirements with the customer. Participating in the full cycle of the software development - solution design, development, introduction to the new customers, follow up projects (new features, expansion, migration, integration with other customer IT systems) and support. Designing and working out a solution together with the development team – aligning with technical experts, architects. Preparing multi-level deliverables – high-level design documentation and detailed design specifications as well as use case/user scenario specifications. Presenting the design to the customer, advising on best practices, handling review comments, identifying business issues and applying product solutions, signing off the design with the customer. Holding workshops at the customer side, assisting with the customer training, supporting user acceptance tests, and go-live of the project. Planning, estimating, tracking, and reporting development activities, progress, and tasks for the team. What we expect? fluent German and English is a must ; degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or related area (your role will require a mix of IT and business skills); 2+ years of professional experience as a business analyst /project manager in an international environment (preferably working with client teams to design solutions); in-depth knowledge of and experience in Requirements Analysis, Business and System Analysis, Product and Project Management; strong attention to details and ability to deliver a high level of accuracy - you are structured, disciplined, willing to follow the development and project-specific standards and processes; flexibility and mobility required in the consulting environment as well as enjoyment of teamwork, very good analytical thinking skills, and a confident demeanor with strong communication skills round off your profile. We offer: relocation to German head office (Grevenbroich).
