Mission Statement: Providing HR partnering to the Internal clients by executing of HR practices and solutions. What You Can Expect from The Role:: Execute of Assessment centers for external and internal candidate's selection; Execute Performance management and Talent review processes; Provide consultancy to employees on HR policies & procedures as well as on KZ Labor legislation; Participation in Training delivery activities; Lead internal HR projects and participate in the working groups for Global HR projects implementation; What You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree or above English (upper intermediate level), Kazakh (preferable) Experience in HR: 2–4 years (recruitment, HR generalist role) Competencies: result orientation, strong self-motivation, strong communication skills, eager to learn Hard skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel We offer: Official employment, 5-day working week Full-time in our office (Gogol st, 203) Fixed salary Medical insurance, corporate meals Who We Are CCI is a multinational beverage company which operates in Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Jordan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Syria.
