Key Responsibilities: 1. Development, optimization and management of Federal promoters/ merchandizers project - Definition of service standards for Retail, cross-functional alignment with all MX functions - Improve KPIs and incentive schemes in cooperation with field force agency - Initiate and conduct regular review of project efficiency, improve it in accordance with the changes in external / internal environment 2. Operational excellence - Enhance regular management processes: routing / rerouting / target AP definition / KPi setting / sales targets - Develop organizational structure and sizing to maximize effectiveness of resources allocation 3. Development, optimization and maintainance of Federals Brand display program including development of presence strategy to ensure max. ROI 4. Organize the support of key Samsung initiatives by field force in Retail - GTM support and implementation, Coordination of new product highlight in covered Retail - Support the regular and ad-hoc sales / coop / marketing promo preparation and Retail readiness check - Improvement and regular conduction of field force briefing aligned with mid- and short-term retail marketing calendar 5. Retail Picture of Success implementation - Retail Merchandising standards development in cooperation with PM, instore and sales teams - Align current initiatives design with Samsung global standards and Merchandising guidelines - Improve backchecking approach to ensure proper standards execution by TRs on all levels 6. Field Force agency management - Definition and alignment of agency KPIs with management / admin - Budget control Pay attention that we are looking for a person for maternity cover contract! Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a similar position; ability to demonstrate expertise in the field 2. [Highly desirable] - Experience with durable or FMCG (e.g. consumer electronics) goods markets - Experience with International Company / Brand 3. Expertise in managing complex retail (federal scale) projects 4. Expertise in complex GTM budgets planning, consolidation, execution & reporting. Advanced Excel proficiency. 5. Brand guidelines implementation control & policy development; ROI analysis & co-marketing investment optimization. 6. Yearly projects planning & activity calendar management; harmonization or brand / promo communication 7. 3rd party / contractors management for the campaign cycle: briefs, creative concepts, media planning & reporting 8. Presentation & reporting of business plans/strategy & results to executive level 9. English - Upper-intermediate at least 10. Energetic personality; self-motivation & positive attitude. 11. Strong communication (interpersonal) skills 12. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams cross-functionally / relationship-building 13. Capable to effectively prioritize and keep focus under high workload & multiple projects/tasks 14. Performance management; ability to deliver results 15. Team management, motivation & development 16. Data management & analytics skills; attention to details & accuracy in reporting
