Strategic Management to deliver IT/IS solutions to users in the area. Develop existing and implement new IT/IS standards decided by management in the Region/area. IT Management: Represent Global IT at local ExCo meetings as appropriate (bridge between IT and the Business). Playback the global portfolio priorities and details to the business in the region. Act as point of contact for major incidents/security incidents for senior executives and senior business leaders. Maintenance of existing infrastructure both Hard and Software. Ensure safe operation of the Internet, connectivity, etc. in the countries. Responsible to purchase the necessary equipment and its installation, configuration, commissioning. Implementation a licensing of operation of the IT service, timely provide signing licensing agreements. Administration of IT systems, implementation of back-up procedures. Responsible to drive the changes in the IT Infrastructure to improve service. Controlling and reporting of IT budget implementation;. Optimization and minimization of the costs of the internet access services, as well as for communication services/ Responsibility for creating training materials to help new employees understand how to make the best use of technology within the company. This ranges from designing in-house training manuals to walking staff through using essential applications and logging into systems. IT Demand Management: First point of contact for Business Managers - proactive Support of Business Projects and lead of IT parts of business related projects. Innovation Management. Alignment of cross-functional & cross-business IT related projects to one direction. Development of fast solutions to solve the urgent operational request. Information Security: Checks and evaluates the application of IT security operation in the central IT infrastructure and communications, suggests improvements. Checks the security rules apply to IS systems, proposes corrective measures. Cooperates in regards with requirements of projects and architecture related to security. Attitudes and Skills: Customer Oriented Approach Responsibility, Attitude and Willingness to Help (with IT issues) Proactiveness and sharing own ideas with business Strong leadership and decision making skills Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt the plans Candidate profile: University Degree in IT (or similar) Similar experience from +5years Previous experience in a Western environment Project management skills is a must Experience with SAP as the advantage Deep knowledge of IT systems (hardware and software, connectivity, etc.), processes, procedures and best practices. Good knowledge of internal IT policies, procedures, security manuals, etc..
