Chief Technology Officer/CTO (CryptoEx, Remote or Relocation possible) 1EX is the first trading board on the market. 1EX Trading Board is the platform that unites the most effective tools for successful trading in one window. We are looking for an accomplished technical leader and outstanding company leader to join as our Chief Technology Officer, CTO . As CTO , you will work under the direct leadership of our CEO to execute on an ambitious, innovation-centric roadmap that sets-the-pace for the future of dynamic product. We are looking for a strong leader with the ability to inspire and excite members of our technical team to perform at their best. You will assume end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of our software engineering department and have a massive impact on the success of 1EX Trading Board. You're passionate about technical leadership and as a member of the executive team, you will serve as the key enabler for the successful development of our product & ultimately eventually will affect the lives of traders across the world. About you: A proven track record of building high performing, high quality and high efficiency engineering departments. Experience with TradeTech, DEX, Crypto Exchanges software development. Experience stepping into established technical organizations and quickly gaining respect and methodically implementing a robust, effective development practice. As an effective coach and guide for technical talent, you are able to build teams quickly. Experience with large-scale multifaceted technology products. Proven track record of evolving engineering talent strategy including offshore teams, outsourcing and insourcing. Proven ability to set the vision and strategy for software development teams as a strategic executive. Comfortable proactively addressing technology scale and the associated architectural challenges. The grit and resilience to manage a complex technical team through change. Experience as a company leader, having acted on a modern professional executive team. Excellent knowledge of IT systems, IT technologies and infrastructures Technical background as a PHP Dev is appreciated Your outcomes will be: Strive for competitive advantage for the business by implementing new technologies and trends Design and develop a tech strategy and system architecture Own the technology roadmap Ensure functionality, stability and efficiency of the system Maintain and develop internal systems, transforming them into international experience Foster engineering culture Responsibility and control of KPIs, SLAs and IT budgets People management, leading the team Make technology function supporting and helping business to increase efficiency If you have any additional quesions about job vacancy - feel free to contact us via TG or E-mail.
