We do not accept bureaucracy, undercover games, or toxic rudeness. We are looking for a Head of Compliance interested in building the future alongside us. Responsibilities: Compiling, maintaining, and amending AML/CFT/KYC/KYB, risk, international sanctions, and other compliance policies within the Company Following and advising on regulatory changes in compliance requirements Assisting and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Company’s compliance processes and systems Advising on compliance/operational risks concerning new products, processes and services, specific events, the business decisions of the Company, the effects and application of compliance trends and regulations Providing regular reports on the compliance situation in the Company Acting as a senior compliance advisor to the Company’s management team Reporting to the FIU on issues required by the applicable AML law Providing training and guidance to the Company’s compliance employees and customer support specialists Communicating and cooperating with various payment institutions on compliance issues Requirements: 2+ years experience in a similar position BA/BS/MA degree (preferably in law, finance, or economics) with a relevant compliance certificate Experience in EDD of individuals and corporate entities Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements in the related compliance areas Problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex information, identify and communicate the key issues Desire to work in a start-up with a spirit of proactiveness, great self-motivation, and experience in working with minimal supervision Strong management skills Full proficiency in English EU residentship (a must, preferably Lithuania) Experience with cryptocurrency compliance specifics (a great plus) Experience of working with clients from different foreign jurisdictions We offer: Competitive salary in euro or cryptocurrency Fully remote work or office/hybrid work in Tallinn Flexible work schedule Modern work equipment (MacBook, etc.) Cool and collaborative team of like-minded colleagues Opportunities for professional development and career growth Participation in conferences, meetups, and courses paid by the company
