Staff Software Engineer - Mobile at Elemy: As we look to scale our business, we are growing our engineering team to help us build the tools needed to provide better care for our families. We are looking to build out our mobile engineer team that can contribute to building out mobile applications for our families and providers. You'll be the founding engineer for the mobile application team and will help us layout best in class foundation for our mobile development. At Elemy we are looking to hire engineers who want to make a societal impact, build unique experiences, and care about how our products work, how they look, how they feel, and how they function. What You’ll Do: Work with a cross-functional team of Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers and DevOps Engineers to own your solution from development to production Design, code and maintain tablet and mobile user experiences end-to-end. Optimize code for performance, stability and maintainability. Work with a cross-functional team of application/UI software engineers, QA/Validation, product, and designers. Who You Are: Minimum 5 years' experience in Mobile (iOS & Android) development. Proficient in React Native, Redux, Reselect, React Native Elements or similar technologies Experience working with designers and product managers to shape the requirements and UX of the application Modern Javascript, Typescript Thorough understanding of core design principles and common design patterns Experience with UI Unit Testing. Experience creating, maintaining and shipping enterprise level applications. Experience using common design patterns with high standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance.
