We’re committed to become a unicorn company with 100 million active users worldwide driving mass crypto adoption. Our team consists of several product areas. We are looking for a product designer for our cryptocurrency app team. What you will need to do: UX: Work with product metrics and growth metrics: track changes, analyze data and design scenarios based on them. Work with business requirements: decompose them to the level of user scenarios. Generate artifacts - information diagrams, CJMs, user flows, low and high fidelity prototypes, and others - to design the user journey, conduct research, and simplify the development process. Participate in qualitative research: form hypotheses to test, analyze research results. Implement insights from research into user scenarios. UI: Draw interfaces for user scenarios according to user, business and functional requirements. Create alienable interface specifications for submission to development. Keep layouts up to date. Supervise the implementation of tasks. Maintain and develop the design system. Create and implement new components as part of the overall product design team; Interact with the development team: present work results and advise on the development process. What skills and experience you need: Experience in a product team of 2+ years; Self-reliance and proactivity; Strong UI portfolio with projects for mobile platforms; Ability to conduct research; Good teamwork skills - with product, analyst, developers; Experience in building or maintaining a design system; Good skills with the necessary tools, primarily Figma.
