We’re looking for a Growth Manager to work with our world-class app for dog owners, Woofz. Responsibilities: — Developing the product marketing strategy for Woofz — Manage product marketing activities: subscriptions, web2app — Work closely with product & UA teams to increase product KPIs — Grow the subscription base & LTV — Analyze and evaluate marketing campaigns’ effectiveness — Manage marketing asset creation and optimization — Contribute to ASO optimization — Marketing and competitors research Desired Skills and Experience: — Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail — Ability to turn data and insights into performing actions — Understanding of the App Store/Google Play guidelines — Effective decision-making, and the ability to drive results — Upper Intermediate English level and higher — Creative thinking, common sense, and an open mind — Troubleshooter with excellent problem-solving skills — Profit oriented — General understanding of main UA channels: Facebook, Google Ads and others. — Understanding of the subscription-based business model — Web subscription experience Will be a plus: If you're a team player If you have a dog If you passed Epic Growth / Reforge / GoPractice or other product courses Employee Benefits: Flexible Public Holidays Policy: Gismart annually provides 6 fixed public holidays for all locations and gives an employee a possibility to pick their own additional 5 flexible public holidays. 100% Sick Leave Compensation Mental and Physical Health: Medical Insurance, 75% compensation for any Sports Activities, Yoga Classes, alongside 70% compensation for therapy with corporate psychologists.
