We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Systems & Services team in Kazakhstan. Working for Signify means being creative and adaptive. As a Project Manager, you‘ll be leading end-to-end execution of customer projects, from coming into force till closure, working together with the Proposal Manager, System Engineers and Technical Designers. You are accountable for the budget and passing stage gates as per the project plan and customer’s requirements in your region. What you’ll do You’ll create all project plans and schedules: GANTT, PERT, sales curve, cash curve, risk management, claims management, change management plan You’ll evaluate and manage all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value and identify up-selling opportunities in course of project You’ll manage the project’s P&L and improve margin You’ll participate in formal offer review before proposal submission ensuring that site works cost are properly reflected You’ll build up and run our Systems and Services Center for Lighting in Europe and influence the Systems & Services transformation, supporting deals and delivery Your qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering) You have a Project Management Professional certification You are fluent in English and Russian You have at least 5 years of relevant experience managing large end-user projects ideally within the Building Management Systems area What you’ll get in return… We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
