Haval Motor Rus LLC – the exclusive distributor of HAVAL cars and spare parts in the Russia. Responsibilities: 1.Be responsible for the distribution and consumption of points, and be responsible for the richness and sense of value of user rights and offerings; 2. Based on the hierarchical model of user value, design the distribution mechanism and strategy of points, and promote the implementation of points distribution products jointly with various business scenarios, so that users can perceive the value of points; 3. Stratified operation of user rights based on user life cycle and user scenarios, able to continuously create the exclusive and popular user rights 4. Responsible for the construction of platform points and mall system, design reasonable points acquisition and consumption logic to stimulate users to purchase, improve product logic to increase user purchase and repurchase rate 5. Responsible for the overall point system and the revenue of the mall, obtain corresponding returns under reasonable cost input, and improve the input-output ratio 5. Responsible for the operation of goods in the points store, ensuring the reasonable inventory turnover, improving the operation indicators such as commodity flow, conversion rate and logistics timeliness; 6. Be responsible for the activities operation of points mall, improve the consumption rate of points, and ultimately improve user retention and active rate through points. Recurements : 1. Experience: Experience in membership, user rights operation or CRM is preferred; 5 years or above experience in points operation or user growth, strong execution ability, promote project planning and implementation quickly. 7. Knowledge: Have the ability to identify the selection of offerings, strong communication and coordination skills, and be able to actively carry out cross-functions collaborative work; 9. Extra requirement: sensitive to data, strong logical thinking ability, strong analysis and summary ability; Be able to independently manage the project and be responsible for the project results; Conditions: Office on station m.
