We are looking for a Middle/Senior Technical Writer to join our team. Company overview SOFTSWISS is a top company focused on the iGaming industry, providing an umbrella solution for large gaming and betting businesses. SOFTSWISS products include Online Casino Platform, Game Aggregator, Sportsbook Platform, Affiliate Engine, and casino games under the BGaming brand. SOFTSWISS in numbers: 2009 – foundation year 1400+ people in the company 500+ gaming websites supported 7B+ € bets processed per month 350M+ € generated via our software monthly 1M+ monthly active players In this position, you'll join our friendly and growing team of technical writers and have a chance to work on multiple projects of the company. As a technical writer, you are going to deliver user guides and technical documentation including API docs, step-by-step instructions, configuration guides, and more. Our tools: Confluence, Jira, Swagger. Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical documentation Experience in API writing, familiarity with API documentation tools (Swagger is preferable) Experience in writing user guides in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences English not lower than B2. C1 is preferable. Superior written and oral communication and grammar skills Demonstrate experience in writing and proofreading of content, especially technology-related content Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must be a self-motivator who works well independently and in a team environment with little direct supervision Ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people Responsibilities: Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation including but not limited to API documentation, description of configuration files Review documents written by developers Create, edit, and maintain procedural documentation including but not limited to user guides, step-by-step instructions, training manuals, and more Create Release Notes Assist with other duties as needed Work closely with writers, developers, product owners, business analysts, QA team, and others Nice to have: Proficiency with managing Confluence content Read and understand any API programming language Example of APIs that you’ve created Example of User Guides that you've created Knowledge of Microsoft Manual of Style or similar Work Conditions: Full-time position (remote work is possible) Modern, well-designed office in a 5-minute walk from a subway station Enjoy working in a Hi-Tech resident company Great community of software development experts and other industry professionals Highly-competitive compensation, motivation, benefits and social programs Salary officially paid in hard currency negating devaluation risks English courses in the office Opportunity to work remotely
