Gensenses (https://www.gensenses.com/) is a US-based company producing CBD oils that can be used in various fields of human life - as medication, a supply against anxiety and for good sleep, skin treatment, etc. The company works with the best cultivators, extractors, and testing laboratories in the United States to deliver high-quality oils to customers. Gensenses just started to conquer the market, so the team is seeking a Junior Social Media Content Creator to manage various social media channels and produce engaging content given the unique regulations in the area. If you enjoy generating content and would love to work with an international team - apply now! Responsibilities: Generate content for the social media channels of the company - primarily for Instagram and TikTok, but you may be asked to work with other platforms as well (for example, Twitter, Facebook, Discord). Copyright texts for social media of Gensenses - you’ll need to stick to the company’s tone of voice, understand the language of the brand, and tailor words to the targeted audience to get the attention of potential clients. Source or create pictures/graphic content for your posts. Come up with content for influencers the company might become collaborating with - what they need to post, capture, etc. Analyze trends and the company’s competitors’ content. Requirements: Excellent written & spoken English skills - you'll do copywriting for an English-speaking audience, so you should be a good writer, and the team is native in English, so we don’t want to see or hear any mistakes. Experience in Social Media Marketing or strong knowledge of this field - the team is not ready to collaborate with someone who is new to the profession, they need you to start adding value from day one. Basic skills of photo and video editing / graphic design - you can work with raw visuals and cut a picture/video, adjust their size to a specific platform, etc. Creativity and ability to figure out the best content strategies for CBD and hemp oil products due to social media regulations. Good understanding of the latest social media trends and techniques. Passion for digital marketing & a strong desire to develop in this sphere. Independence and self-reliance: you can make decisions and work on your own without being constantly supervised, and you may have content planned weeks in advance. Proactivity - you have a strong desire to help the company grow. You are open to new information and communication. Organizing skills - you know how to manage your time effectively. Not required but will be a plus: Proficient skills in graphic design and video editing. Knowledge of SEO. Working hours: Your schedule is flexible, however, sometimes (and during the onboarding period, probably, every day), you’ll need to have calls with the team which is located in Chicago, so you’ll need to overlap with them between 8 am and 12 pm Chicago time (CDT time zone). Conditions: Part-time employment (4 working hours per day, 5/2). Please note that we support your desire to combine this job with studies, however, we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs. An opportunity to work with an international team and a potential to switch to full-time after 6 months of outstanding work. Remote work.
