We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Hunter who enjoys winning the sale through relationship-building and creative solutions! Key Role Description: In this role, you would be responsible for building our sales pipeline, wins, and partnerships, with a focus on new customers in Europe. The role will be a player/coach and the team lead of several salespeople across the UK, the Nordics, the DACH region, Spain, France, and Italy. Demand for Exadel services is growing, and Europe in particular has the potential to grow rapidly. Our services include end-to-end consulting through engineering and support. Our solutions include agile development, data privacy, DevOps, marketing, commerce, and digital experience. The European business is expected to grow fast and become 10% of revenue in the first 18 months, with an experienced and passionate European leader and team. Location: Based in the UK or the Nordics, with covering the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden & Norway. Requirements: At least ten years of sales experience, especially driving net new opportunities, in a software engineering services environment High level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects Knowledge of various direct methods, including calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods, such as networking Knowledge of sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales Experience with managing sales contracts, tracking customers, and coordinating cross-functional activities across departments English level: Upper-Intermediate Responsibilities: Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and help create a plan to enhance upsell, cross-sell, and renewal processes Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to closing sales Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods, including calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods, such as networking Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales Consult prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and benefits Develop sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures, and policies Draft and deliver proposals Develop and maintain key account plans that identify strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, forecasted sales, and opportunities for the company to deliver value Report on sales activity Provide forecasts on best cases and sales volumes over relevant time periods Work with delivery teams to address problems proactively Manage sales contracts, track customers, and coordinate cross-functional activities across departments Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities Track and analyse KPIs for growth, win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, and quota attainment, and identify individual performance areas for improvement Advantages of Working with Exadel: You can build your expertise with our Sales Support team, who provide assistance with existing and potential projects You can join any Exadel Community or create your own to communicate with like-minded colleagues You can participate in continuing education as a mentor or speaker You can take part in internal and external meetups as a speaker or listener.
