If this sounds like you, read on. We are looking for a Project Manager for Salesforce Practice. Who you are: You are a well-organized, pragmatic IT professional, with an inquisitive mind who is motivated to build products that deliver awesome value to our customers. You are flexible, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are well-versed both in Project and Product Management. As a Project Manager, you will be leading solution delivery for key clients. As a Presales Project Manager, you will participate in the Sales process, working with prospective clients as a technical expert. What you will be doing day-to-day: Lead discovery sessions for prospective customers Communicate and frame customer problems clearly for the team, including reviewing user stories, flowcharts and use cases Manage product backlogs - you will create and manage the backlog items Keep the project on track and in budget Drive and guide the project team Create project documentation and keep it up to date Work on a few projects at the same time at different stages of the life cycle Help sales team qualify leads Suggest process improvements What kind of person you are: Curious and always asking the question “why are we doing this?” Expert communicator; able to interpret, dissect and relay key information Ability to solve problems and work effectively under pressure Have a strong interest in technology trends and keeps up-to-date with latest developments What skills and experience we need you to have: 4+ years experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner Experience leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch Experience working in Scrum environment Experience establishing effective Agile delivery process Experience with troubleshooting of Production issues and coming up with quick solutions and workarounds Excellent English and communication skills Experience writing user stories Scrum certification is a plus We offer Experience working with colleagues locally and abroad Opportunities for self-realization working on challenging projects using new technologies and tools Friendly team and enjoyable working environment Participation in professional trainings and meetups Fully paid by Forte 5 sick days during the working year Internal English courses provided by Forte Teacher Join us and be a part of our team!
