We invite you to join our RnD team which takes care of: Prototyping, implementation and improvement of high load and data intensive services Development and integration of Data Science features Search for insights within the company both in data and from stakeholders Reports development for various products of the company Various researches for business needs Responsibilities: Define the product vision and compose specifications, ensuring requirements for new products and features are in proper details Work on development and testing of product hypotheses Maintain and prioritise the development backlog in terms of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, manage features lifecycle Collaborate with the rest of the product team to define, refine and prioritise the long-term roadmap Make data-driven product decisions based on product usage & market analysis Support wider organisation in their efforts to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner role Able to work in fast moving, high pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Adaptable in your approach and able to operate independently, and as part of a team Knowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban) Strong analytical skills to think through complex scenarios and create simplicity out of complexity A good business sense and ability to think in terms of solving business and user problems rather than deploying technology Great communication and interpersonal skills Nice to have: Past experience owning B2B products Experience in Gambling/Betting fields or payments solution Work Conditions: Possibility to work in the co-working office space or remotely Relocate options with company support Top hardware and additional equipment provided Free English lessons 4 paid sick days, 1 day off and 20 workdays vacation Referral program Paid training programs, certifications, conferences including international events Corporate celebrations, team buildings, and fun activities
