An opportunity has become available within the EMEA Procurement team as Country Procurement Support for Eastern Europe reporting to the EMEA MRO Procurement Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for highly-motivated candidates to develop further their existing skills and experience within the EMEA Procurement Team. As a Country Procurement Support you will be working closely with EMEA Procurement Managers and GBS to deliver Operational Procurement Activities in a compliant and efficient way. Below are more details on the position. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and maintain close, co-operative relationships with key business partners enabling the efficient and compliant delivery of key transactional activities. Manage interactions between K-C suppliers and our internal business partners to ensure business needs are met on an ongoing basis. Support Contract Management activities for existing and new contracts across key categories of spend to ensure we operate in a controlled and compliant way. Manage the procurement of low value goods and services across MRO spend areas, including consumables. Support Quality Claims management activities for both Direct and MRO. Support the collection of Custom documentation for MRO and Testing /Trial activities (direct materials). Support the management of vendor set up activities for both Mill and Office suppliers (Stupino and Moscow). Manage freight conditions on imported MRO items and raw materials. Support the creation and management of Logistics POs. Identify opportunities to improve existing activities and processes in collaboration with Procurement Operations and Stakeholders. Ensure that internal control requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner. Prepare and maintain Standard Works and SOPs with relevant controls and ongoing process improvements. Skills / Requirements • Bachelor’s degree and/or Procurement experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills • Continuous Improvement mindset Languages You will need to be fluent in Russian & also competent in English.
