SIGHT focused at the product level, that is, a t-shirt or jeans. RISE concentrated at the facility level, or the factory/manufacturing facility itself, where that t-shirt and jeans were made. Inspectorio RISE RISE is a single platform to audit procedures and verification for compliance from the large retailers such as Target, Walmart, and Tesco to the specific factories they are operating with. What is RISE? Retailers create customized standards or apply international standards like environmental compliance and social labor law that factories must comply with. The primary purpose of our product is to provide large retailers with a flexible, configurable tool so that they can create their own sets of standards. The next stage in the RISE evolution focuses on AI & Machine Learning for predictive insights and dynamic risk-based interventions. Job Summary We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with a product mindset to our Platform Product Team, who will take ownership of several streams connected with external clients integration and work optimizing for internal sales, customer success, and customer support managers. The components developed by our Platform Team are oriented toward scaling Inspectorio’s product portfolio. What you'll do Help manage stream backlog aligned with strategic business vision in close cooperation with product manager Produce, manage and communicate specifications that define business logic and dependencies of different products Help develop ideas and solutions with a deep understanding of architecture and dependencies of platform tools & products Work with business analysts, architects, engineers, and designers from various development teams to coordinate the implementation of functionalities with cross-dependencies Manage stakeholders expectations Help to define metrics of new features that measure their effect on key product metrics Work closely with Product Operations in creating training materials and documentation for the company’s platform’s users Must have In addition to excellent general business-analyst skills Preferably having experience working in scrum teams as a BA Ability to manage various stakeholders Good skills for identifying business processes on the level of the organization Eligible to suggest business and product solutions Manage requirements of several connected Products Ability to work effectively with strict deadlines Able to quickly learn, systematize and retain business knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation, negotiation, and persuasive skills Experience with integration projects Experience in Supply Chain Management is a big plus Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English , able to explain technical subjects at a high abstraction level so that business users could understand it well (at least strong B2 level).
