Обязанности:
define the needs in mechanized loading means, capacities and workforce to accept and move materials and finished goods; ensure the standards of storage, hand over and transportation of finished goods; arrange and control the shipment of products to distributors and other sale points controlling the expiry dates of the products, and keep the special requirements to shipment of still products (time for keeping in the warehouse is at least 48 hours); it is allowed to load still on railway cars without holding it at the warehouse; take part in annual inventory of Company assets; manage the acceptance, storage and hand over of materials and finished goods using the warehouse areas most rationally and placing materials by loading zones; rationally place materials and finished goods by storage terms and ensure access to any material; rationally place unloading materials by storage terms and ensure access to any material; keep the storekeeping rules and regimes; arrange identification of products and raw materials; timely inform the quality assurance department about arrival of defected products and lead the relevant records; ensure access to materials and finished goods for employees of quality assurance department while acceptance control; arrange activities on on-time provision of information for all auxiliary divisions about delivery terms, amount, etc.; arrange rotation of materials and finished goods within the warehouse and up to the production line keeping FIFO, FEFO and KORE rules; arrange the storing of goods with account of the permissible norms (GMP requirements); ensure sanitary cleanness and fire security; ensure warehouse workers keep the required norms written in program quality; control the on-time shipment of products to distributors; explain the policies, regulations, instructions of Company to warehouse employees; ensure proper registration of incoming cash records, make relevant reports; control and take part in making daily inflow-outflow reports on finished goods to enter them in BASIS system and on raw materials to enter them in SAP system, and conduct trainings for warehouse associates on these issues; control and take part in leading relevant records in BASIS system when delivery of materials and finished goods; control and take part in leading relevant records in SAP system when unloading materials; control and take part in registering documents for accounting department when accepting goods from suppliers; take participation in making monthly production reports, sign them and ensure they are handed in the accounting department; take participation in making monthly material reports, sign them and ensure they are handed in the accounting department; arrange acceptance of imported goods at Temporary Storage Warehouse (TSW) after customs clearance and on-time notification of the immediate manager about shortages, damages, stealing of goods and making of relevant enactments while the acceptance ensure safe transportation of the accepted goods from the Temporary Storage Warehouse (TSW) to the main warehouse; secure the materials and finished goods from stealing, wasting and unauthorized transmission to other persons, and timely hand over all objects to the security service at the end of the working day; provide the finished goods warehouse employees with machinery, inventory, special clothes and other necessary means to fulfill technical tasks.
