And now our Team is looking for product manager . Role Purpose: Lead the development of a new and existing digital banking products. Responsibility: Track industry trends and the competitive landscape. Develop a deep understanding of customers by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing. Drive product/features development—from conception to launch—with in-house IT team. Improve main KPIs of the product, such as conversion rates, retention, life-time value (LTV). Enhancing overall user experience (UX, UI). Generate ideas of the new features and products which will fulfill strategic company goals. Requirements???????: Data driven decision making. Empathy to customers. Self-motivated, can-do attitude. Good organisational/time management skills, structural thinking. Ability to be hands on with high attention to detail. Willingness to work in a fast-growing company working environment and adapt to changes fast. Experience with online B2C or SMB products Good understanding of web and mobile app technologies Understanding of UX principles Hands-on with analytical tools Banking or lending business experience is a strong plus. Ability to work in a multifunctional, innovative and collaborative environment. Nice to have: Technical or Financial background. English B2 (upper-intermediate) or better. Spanish knowledge would be a plus. At least 3 years of product management experience in online, finance, insurance, or/and e-commerce. Experience in the fintech sector (desirable).
