Itgold.io has several NFT-related projects, marketplaces, and games. We are hiring candidates, who are ready to dive deep into our theme, where we trust each other's experiences, embrace feedback, grow rapidly, and love our work. We are looking for an entrepreneurially-minded individual to act as an evangelist and community host. This person would specifically focus on the development of the Chinese-speaking community in Telegram, Twitter, and Discord channels, moderation, on-platform events, and other activities to engage and connect with the broad community. Ideally, this individual would be a self-starter with experience using decentralized technologies, combined with some experience in customer success and marketing at an early-stage software company. Key Responsibilities Start and work with the community day-to-day across Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and other channels to activate the existing audience drive new users and monitor community sentiment. Onboard new users and ensure their continued success as NFT creators. Answer non-technical user questions and troubleshoot. Write and disseminate critical information about feature updates and product launches as well as bug-related issues as they arise. Organize and host events on our social channels on a regular basis. Synthesize insights from community interactions and surface critical issues to the engineering team. Keep internal and external informational resources up to date in an environment of rapid iteration. Contribute ideas, create and follow content plans, and community strategies. Desired Experience Strong English is mandatory. Experience moderating a Twitter/Telegram/Discord-based consumer community. Experience in graphic editors and task managers. Strong work ethic, hustle, communication, writing ability, and business development sensibility. Understanding of and passion for decentralized technology and market trends. Comfort with semi-technical tasks like using an admin panel and minting items or willingness to learn how to do them. Deep curiosity, resourcefulness, and a growth mindset. Comfort with frequent context switching. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a rapidly shifting landscape. Patience for helping out the new and unacquainted.
