Обязанности:
Support Client and PMC teams to achieve project delivery objectives (HSE, quality, cost and schedule) by bringing the best project management industry practices In support of the Project and Engineering Manager, interface coordination with the Client’s team to ensure that Client’s needs and requirements are considered throughout planning and performance of PMC services Support flawless knowledge and information sharing between Client and PMC teams to ensure project development Arrange the smooth set up, organization and functioning of PMC team to support Client’s team and project development. This is required for the integration within the Integrated Project Management Team of the Client and PMC Interface coordination: Coordinate interfaces between PMC Team and Client’s Team (Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, Contracting and others) Coordinate interface between key project stakeholders (Client, PMC, EPC, Subcontractors). Coordinate key interfaces between disciplines; including interface with Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Lead Discipline Engineers relating to day to day project engineering issues Reporting coordination: Participation as a member of Integrated Project Management Team on specific tasks and preparation of Client and PMC Weekly / Monthly reports Support development and issuing weekly and monthly project reports, as required by the Client and PMC Collating and developing project status reports Support pre-planning, resource forecasting for engineering and other disciplines Support reviewing, following and integrating Client’s comments and approval on issued Project documents Support PM to assess PMC Services overall quality assurance for the Services (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on status of services Participation in Client and PMC meetings and project reviews Coordinate project coordination meetings between Client and PMC teams to evaluate progress and prepare minutes of meetings Support organisation, coordination and participation in meetings with the Client and EPC Contractor to address any interface issues and to review progress and Schedule against Milestones Participate in weekly meetings with representatives of Company and EPC Contractor to monitor trends in the schedule implementation and work progress, to identify bottlenecks and delays and anticipate future activities to be completed Other: Support the Project Manager throughout administration of the PMC Contract and management of PMC personnel. Support the Project Manager on all other project related issues (timesheets, invoices and similar) Support the Project Manager throughout coaching, teaching, mentoring and effective supervision of assigned personnel. Competency requirements: Must have sound knowledge and understanding of O&G technical terms and conditions. Familiar with all phases of EPC – Vendor and PMC Contracts. Experience in major Onshore Oil & Gas Projects, or for Major Oil Company or EPC Contractor. Awareness of Technical compliance and audit processes. Ability to identify changes and improvements to the technical documentation and procedures to reflect Client’s changing requirements. Knowledge of computer based systems including, CAD, Database Management
