We are looking for a Production Manager - Utilities for one of the biggest coffee plants to manage our buildings, utilities and Preventive Maintenance Pillar Key responsibilities: Safety Health and Environment: Drives Safety Health and Environment culture and role model behaviours. Responsible for Safety Health and Environment requirements and legislation implementation and ensure compliance to legal and corporate standards & policies for contractors and the engineering team Implement solutions to impact risks in ergonomics and working conditions. Manages facilities and utilities to ensure delivery of business results Compliance to legal requirements Quality: Drives Quality culture and role model behaviours. Responsible for Quality requirements and legislation implementation and ensure compliance to legal and corporate standards & policies for contractors and the engineering team Ensures project designs and execution includes Good Manufacturing Processes including Sanitary Design rules and new Manufacturing Operating System - MOS Standards Leadership: Delivers excellent results within the area through engaged leadership and coaching. Drives a culture of engagement and develops capabilities Builds an excellent and effective team (Building & Utilities Engineers, Metrology Specialist, Spare Parts WHS team) Leads and role models output of Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) supporting roll out and further development with hands approach by leading an MOS Pillar such as Preventive Maintenance (PM) Pillar - including determining approaches to equipment maintenance, organising and tracking the M&R budget, etc. Delivery & Cost: Has clear understanding and accountability of costs, Key Performance Indicators - KPI and utilities team performance which delivers the annual AOP (Annual operation plan) to ultimately deliver the and VCP (Value Creation plan). Updates relevant information, tracking and reporting systems M&R Costs efficiency and transparency. Coordinating M&R Budget - planning & tracking - across plant, Control of technical condition of the operation of auxiliary equipment, buildings and engineering communications of the plant, including ammonia, treatment, boiler rooms Buildings, facilities and utilities: Development of maintenance plans and schedules. Interaction with regulatory government agencies, inspections; Managing contractors and suppliers of repair services of equipment, buildings and utilities, incl tendering these services; Organization \ optimization of processes related to M&R and spare parts incl correct and compliant doc flow Leading MOS on utility equipment in AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM directions; Leadership and cross-functional participation in CAPEX plant projects; HPF: ammonia refrigeration plant, compressor equipment, electrical facilities, ventilation, air conditioning, heating, fire extinguishing systems, hoisting mechanisms, sewerage, chemistry, vegetable raw materials What we expect from successful candidate: University Degree (Bachelors) or higher in Engineering or another related field English - Intermediate Experience At least 3 years of professional experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods manufacturing managerial position, such as Chief Engineer, Manitenance Manager, Engineering Manager Min of 2 years in Leadership role with strong focus on developing High Performing Organization including the correct behavior and effective organization structures and processes; International and\or cross-functional exposure and collaboration; Experience of change management within the factory to improve organization performance, including Safety and Quality. Strong understanding of budgeting with good understanding of financial processes. Project management experience including leading a project Profound knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like Total Productive Maintenance (prerequisite), Lean and 6 Sigma Knowledge of manufacturing software, SAP, ERP system, MS Office, AutoCad
