Our skilled and engaged Enablers. Who are we looking for? Enable U is looking for a Lead QA specialist to strengthen our team. As QA Lead, you will improve existing QA processes, introduce automated testing for our products, make sure that new releases are stable and reliable, developed and released in accordance with the standards and the specifications, and comply with the requirements. Responsibilities Review, document and improve existing QA processes, from creating TestPlan To the communication with the Developers and the Management, to the execution of the tests, to the analysis of the results Set up automated testing for our products, where it is applicable Investigate, propose and adapt the technologies to improve?automated testing and its integration into CI/CD lifecycle Analyze the results of QA activity, suggest the necessary changes to increase the quality of the deliverables Build up QA team and grow up to the position of QA Team Lead/Manager Follow the quality standards and implement them within QA team Ensure high product quality during the testing phase and throughout the product life cycle Manage production incidents, communicate them to proper team members, ensure there are solved and planned for necessary hotfix releases Ensure that the technical documentation for the products is complete and understandable Work in close communication with Developers during the sprint cycle Requirements At least 5 years in QA Engineer position (test-planning, test-design, regression and performance testing) Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Ability to create detailed and well-structured test documentation (check lists, test cases) and bug description Hands-on experience with at least one automated testing tools (Selenium Webdriver, Appium, Jmeter, etc.) Reasonable technical skills (understanding of SQL, XML, XPath, JSON, REST API, SOAP WebServices) Knowledge of the STLC, testing methodologies, types and best practices Understanding of different test automation approaches (keyword-driven, Data-driven, BDD, hybrid) Understanding of Git version control system Experience in Jira and Confluence Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile: Scrum/Kanban) Experience with API testing tools, sniffer tools, browser dev tools (Fiddler, Charles, Postman, Swagger) Experience in using CI/CD processes on project and basic workflow understanding Experience in testing in a Cloud environment English level Upper-Intermediate + Passion for product quality Responsible and hard-working High attention to detail and solid analytical skills In addition to a challenging position in a growing company, we also offer you: Great team of professionals and just nice people, which create family atmosphere within the team Trust to each other and respect to different opinions on whatever subject Competitive salary An attractive bonus scheme Medical insurance A modern, comfortable office in a city center Paid sick leave The English language courses 25 calendar days paid vacation per year Coffee, cookies, fruits in the office.
