Now we are searching for the Chief Product Owner / Head of Instant Games team. Responsibilities: Create product strategy worldwide; Cooperate with key partners (FB, Snapchat), discover new business opportunities; Work closely with the engineering, production and art teams to create features that enhance the product; Analyze user metrics, usability studies and competitive information to present product launch debrief; Conduct market research, collaborate with stakeholders and partners to define requirements for new products and features; Develop game concepts, verify the main mechanics, estimate mechanics viability; Create monetization settings of the game projects; Create and develop Game Design vision; Prioritize user stories and feature requirements for Development. About you: Solid knowledge of game and mobile application trends and features, UI/UX, platform specific behaviors and best practices; Solid knowledge of game/product design; Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills; High analytical skills; Creative thinking; Ability to analyze the market; Knowledge of monetization trends and common tendency of mobile market; Good knowledge of mobile f2p-games market as a plus; Deep understanding of game mechanics as a plus; Teamwork and team management skills; Love for mobile games; Extensive experience shipping mobile apps and games.
