BGaming is a game development studio who is proud of having worldwide recognition in the sphere. Our innovative video slots are admired in the industry for numerous qualities: from eye-catching graphics, attractive features, and entertaining plots to capacity for easy integration, multi-device availability, intuitive interface, and ground-breaking formats. This series of elements have been carefully developed to create a unique gaming experience. On top of that, we were the first major iGaming provider to introduce the "provably fairness feature". With the help of cryptography players can easily verify that all game results are indeed unbiased and random. Role overview: In this role, BA will review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. BA is engaged from the outset of a project and plays an advisory role to senior managers and exec teams. BA helps to bridge the gap between the tech part and the wider business. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Responsobilities: Translation business ideas into well-structured requirements Formalization, documentation, and visualization of requirements Helping stakeholders with coming up with new functionalities for existing product and increase of its value Management and prioritization of Backlog for long-term and short-term perspectives Digest complex requirements and convert them into acceptance criteria Coordination of requirements with the business stakeholders Interaction with the development team Development and maintenance of the documentation Planning and monitoring of BA process and activities Personal specification: Essential: Strong knowledge of best practices for requirements documentation: User Stories, Use Cases Ability the create low and high fidelity prototypes UML/BPMN basics and ability to apply appropriate diagram if needed Understanding of application programming interface (API): how to describe requirements for API, how to test Sufficient knowledge and experience in Agile-based methodologies Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to walk the extra mile Proven business and systems analysis skills coupled with the ability to translate input into well-structured requirements Passion for great achievements regardless of the sphere of activity Takes initiative Works well with all kinds of people Remains calm under pressure Strong communication skills At least Upper-Intermediate English knowledge Strong relationship management skills Desirable: Understanding of main analytics tools and full analytics workflow Experience with A/B testing, Load&Performance testing Basics of databases structure Experience in iGaming domain Experience with any of the requirements tracking tools Work conditions: Full-time position (remote work is possible) Modern, well-designed office in a 5-minute walk from a subway station Enjoy working in a Hi-Tech resident company Great community of Ruby experts and other industry professionals Highly-competitive compensation, motivation, benefits, and social programs Salary officially paid in hard currency negating devaluation risks English courses
