International Oil&Gas company looking for: Project Engineer, Aktau 5/2 Job Responsibilities: Coordinate project from the initiation phase through Engineering, Procurement, Construction& commissioning to final project handover to Operations Expedite in-house departments including QA/QC, Discipline Engineers, Procurement, Suppliers, Design contractors, when required to ensure efficient resolution of any project issues Preparation and issuance of ITT packages including Scope of Work, SDRL, etc Participate in planning and optimizing Project Engineering activities Ensure required interface between various Engineering Disciplines during design Coordinate work of design contractors Monitor work progress such that risks and problem areas are identified, reported and solutions identified. Bring forward suggestions for improvements on time and cost wise within the areas of responsibility. Ensure project engineering activities performed in accordance with company standards and local requirements when required. Engage in procurement activities and liaise with suppliers Participate in the following Project Delivery aspects: Project Budget, Project Schedule, Procurement of “Tagged items” Report Project Engineering activities progress. Coordinate timely response to technical queries, Waivers from contractors. Interface with the 3rd party and internal quality personnel to execute a quality verification and certification Perform proper contractor management as per company standards Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope Undertake any other work and responsibilities not included in this JD as per separate instruction given by Line Manager Safety Responsibilities: Know and follow Company Safety Commitments; Know and follow all HSE policies and procedures; Act in compliance with the Safety rules mentioned in the employee handbook; Drive an incident free environment by being a role model in all situations, also in the everyday routines; Contribute to development and execution of a safe work place by intervening when observing unsafe situations, sharing ideas and near misses honestly and openly; Show due regard for health, safety, security and environmental requirements; Transportation is affecting all and attention shall be drawn toward safe behavior as passenger and/or driver. You are obliged to follow the Operational Safety Procedure for Road Safety. Involve contractor management in safety performance Must know: Methodical materials relating to the work to be performed; Company structure, key personnel of the company and its divisions; Placement of structural divisions and individual specialists in the office; Security service’s instructions on visitors access to the office of the company; Internal labor regulations; etiquette labor regulations Means of communication, office equipment and computer, rules of their operation; Labour legislation of the RoK; Regulations and norms of safety arrangements and precautions, industrial sanitary and firefighting safety. Qualification requirements: Higher professional (engineering) education Minimum 5 years of experience in projects and engineering activities Good knowledge of the RoK regulatory requirements for project activities (incl. SNiP & GOST) Experience in large international projects Good English both verbal and written. Good organizational and analytical skills.
