The role enables to: Enjoy accelerated career development with rapidly growing firm Work and grow in a people driven organization Deal with leading clients in complex and challenging assignments Benefit from a strong learning and development culture Experience the excitement of contributing to a dynamic and constantly changing environment Have an opportunity to work on a wide range of Deal Advisory engagements in an extremely dynamic and rapidly developing market environment Responsibilities Project leader on business planning / finance raising projects Responsibility for preparing financial models and draft deliverable documents (business plans, information memoranda, etc) Coordination of and participation in meetings with potential financiers Leading marketing and business development in designated areas of Financing Preparing presentations and pitch materials Preparing draft contracts and other project-related documents Responsibility for all engagement management procedures Coaching junior staff Requirements Work experience of not less than 5-6 years in corporate finance (particularly various forms of project finance, finance raising or debt advisory) in an investment bank, bank, CF practice of a Big 4 firm or large corporation, in Russia and/or abroad Experience in preparation of analytical documents: information memorandum, business plan, feasibility study, teaser etc. Experience in financial models preparation Experience of managing project teams Knowledge of requirements of the main fund providers (banks, venture capital and private equity funds etc) Understanding the range of financing structures Good written and spoken English (if the candidate is Russian) Good report writing skills Knowledge of possible risks' management issues Desirable - ACCA, CFA exams passed Desirable - deep knowledge of certain industries We offer: Your own trajectory of development and clear career ladder Corporate training: more than 50 trainings (including English) for improvement your professional and personal skills A team ready to support: colleagues will always ready to help and share their expertise Projects influencing the future of large companies: you will be able to prove yourself in solving various problems Business trips: your opportunity to explore Russia and beyond Competitive salary and extended health insurance Ability to combine work from the office (Moscow City) and from home Personal development: mentoring, coaching and career counseling programs Support for physical and mental health (consultations with a psychologist, online fitness and marathons) Official employment
