Specific-Group develops custom software solutions for corporate clients in Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovakia, USA and Russia. For doing this we have sales and service divisions in the local markets and development centers in Belarus (Minsk and Grodno), Austria, Germany, Poland and Lithuania. Currently we are looking for a? Middle Quality Assurance Engineer ?to join our new fast-growing bank account. Partner description: Leading banking group in CIS region with 15+ millions of customers providing full suite of banking services. The key objectives are to accelerate digitalization of all business communication channels and build a cutting-edge operational platform based on a new-generation microservice IT architecture to reduce time-to-market for new products and provide 80%+ of banking services through digital channels without visiting a branch. The main goal is to build a unified state-of-the-art banking platform with an open-source based, scalable, reliable and data-driven technology stack in order to improve the efficiency of all operating processes. Project description : Technological solutions are focused on developing industry-leading solutions in rollout of biometric identification platforms, robotics and advanced analytics, AI-powered virtualisation of banking processes, creating open interfaces for prompt partner integration, and cloud infrastructure automation for accelerating and scaling capabilities. Responsibilities: Manual testing of new functionality; Creation of test cases, checklists, test execution protocols; Participation in basic test automation; Defects’ documentation, retest of the defects fixed; Participation in improvement of testing process; Communication with developers, business analysts and representatives of a customer; Requirements: Real production experience in QA for 2+ years; Experience of work by Agile (scrum); Strong understanding of SDLC (software development life cycle); Strong knowledge of testing fundamentals test design techniques incl.
