Job Aim / Main Assignment: Managing IT Sourcing Process that continuously improves and re-evaluates the purchasing activities of IT DIvision, getting superior value on supplies and services, optimizing internal purchasing processes and procedures, controlling spend, focusing on cost saving and cash flow. Responsibilities: Managing the company’s IT supply portfolio ensuring in transparency of spending for all BUs; Generating and implementing efficient sourcing for all BUs; Analyzing and calculating costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure; Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies; Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships; Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms Plan and manage company's IT sourcing strategy; Do often research to understand company's operations needs and requirements; Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers; Negotiate pricing and control costs; Active participation in IT yearly budget development and close follow-up and accountability of agreed commercial targets accomplishment; Development and close follow-up of yearly procurement calendar; Write sourcing documentation and statements; Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency; Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes; Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking; Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques; Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company; Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients; Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs; Ensure all contracts are signed and stored for reference when required; Keep track of main contract deliverables and ensure that supplier fulfils their obligations; Produce a summary of main contract terms for all contracts; Manage maintenance / support renewals and potential renegotiations. Main Competencies Required: Proven 2 to 3 years of working experience as Sourcing Manager or Procurement Manager; Hands on experience with sourcing software; Outstanding negotiation abilities; Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills; Solid interpersonal and communication skills; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar field.
