International pharmaceutical company announces vacancy of Financial Analyst CISR (International pharmaceutical company) Duties and responsibilities: Prepare financial statements in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); Calculation of financial provisions in accordance with National Accounting Standards (hereinafter – «NAS») and IFRS; Submit monthly / quarterly financial reports, intercompany balance, discount calculations, inventory reports, notes to accounts etc. to Corporate Finance team for CISR; Calculation of cost of consultancy and marketing services provided to non-resident in accordance with agreed internal procedure Calculation of operating margins for related parties - non-residents segment in order to comply with transfer pricing regulations Financial due diligence of potential and existing distributors; Liaising with both external and internal auditors: providing requested information and comments, implementation of recommendations received and their subsequent control; Comprehensive support of the Company in all finance related matters. Financial analysis and reporting for business review in CISR; Preparation of periodical and ad-hoc analytical reports for the purposes of managerial decision-making; Evaluation of business cases from CISR; Prepare and consolidate the annual budgets, track actual expenses against budget and provide variance analysis for all CISR; Conduct pricing analysis and margin review for the products periodically and identify need for revision from legislation point of view; Review special campaign proposals, assess the feasibility and make recommendations Key Requirements: University Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy with ACCA (Qualified/Part Qualified); 4-5 years of experience (preferably multinational companies) in financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, financial analysis of performance of a company or work in audit/ consulting companies. Pharmaceutical background is an advantage; Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian, Russian – native speaker; English – fluent; Understanding of business processes of a trading company; Experience and knowledge of financial modeling; Excellent usage of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); Experience of work with ERP systems (1C, SAP). The company offers: Official employment, work in an international company Medical and life insurance Salary is the subject of negotiation and depends on the experience and skills of the candidate Flexible working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 or 8:30 to 17:30. During the quarantine period work at the office 2-3 times a week.
