Did you know that at P&G we consider the Supply Network Operations (SNO) as the engine that accelerates value creation? Our Supply Network Operations (SNO) organization is there to meet these challenges: forecasting customer demand, handling the information flows from orders, shipments, and invoices, leading the physical distribution process from Distribution Centre to the retailer’s shelf. Our aim is to ignite your potential and equip you to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our operations. You will work closely with colleagues from other functions: Brand Management, Sales, Finance, and others. Are you ready to change the face of our Supply Chain? Your responsibilities can include: one or several operational missions and/or projects in the area of Supply Chain Management contribution to the management of our relations with a customer (retailer) upstream Supply Chain design or innovation projects that will transform our Supply Chain to the one of tomorrow playing a meaningful role in exciting projects such as crafting the Supply Chain setups for new products Compensation & benefits Monthly salary 115 000 RUR gross Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 5 000 RUR gross Access to comprehensive P&G's global training portfolio Flexible work hours and the possibility to work from home Relocation support in case you move to Moscow from another region Qualifications University graduates with strong academic records (we welcome any field/area of studies) Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level) Practitioner in programming (Python, Visual Basic, C++, etc) Great leadership, ability to work independently and as a team worker Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week) Short work experience and internships are considered as an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good collaboration and communication skills Just so you know All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, citizenship, HIV/AIDS status, or any other legally protected factor.
