Your role at Exness The Project Manager will be focusing on leading all MMO initiatives, controlling and coordinating its projects and stream.The Market Making Operations (MMO) Team within Exness combines unique expertise, knowledge and responsibilities to continuously improve pricing, execution models and trading experience of our clients. A key part of MMO activities is the development of trading platforms and internal services, making sure trading platforms are a state of art. In order to achieve this, the MMO department grows its internal expertise in Project management & Business analysis. You will be: Leading Market making operations initiatives Collaborating with BA to collect and define business needs Making agreements with development teams for necessary resources allocation Tracking risks and interdependencies within project teams Control projects timelines and the quality of the created functionality up to production stage The Ideal Candidate Bachelor or higher degree in business or technology, MBA considered as an advantage Minimum of 3 years experience in Project management in a Finance or Fintech industry Strong track record of successfully managed complex projects is a must Ability to run several projects at the same time Excellent planning, organising and time management skills Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills Advanced communication skills including verbal, written (including technical writing), visual presentations and documentation management Experience working in matrix environment, experience leading teams is an advantage Adaptability to change Problem solving skills Change Management skills Fluent English What we offer A competitive remuneration package with a performance bonus structure World-class corporate benefits such as health insurance, sports benefits, and great learning and development opportunities Extensive career progression opportunities internally A diverse and multicultural working environment, cutting across various geographical locations, with flexible working conditions A high-performing and open organizational culture, with a strong emphasis on ethics & integrity and adopting a smart & scientific approach Sounds like you?
