Specific-Group Software Solutions?develops custom software solutions for corporate clients and has offices in Lithuania, Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovakia and USA. Currently we are seeking for a Junior?QA Automation Engineer? to join one of our German projects. Project description: Our customer is a major German bank that expands its presence on market via constant digitalization of services, focusing of convenient and user-friendly services. We are working on integration of new services with core bank functionalities, where focus to be made on API analysis, development and testing. For the moment, the application is in phase of active segregation of old platform into new microservices architecture and will need strong contribution from Automation QA side. Responsibilities: Proactive contribution into setup of test automation framework and processes; Support and development of existing test automation suite; Analysis of business requirements and definition of testing strategy including test automation in an agile environment; Effective сollaboration with QA & Development teams and colleagues on customer’s side to improve QA processes and tools Requirements: Real experience as Automation QA for 1+ years; Good knowledge of Java 8+; Solid experience with Postman /Postman automation; Deep understanding of Functional Testing, Performance Testing; Good understanding of SDLC (Software development life cycle); Jira/Confluence or other comparable bug tracking / document management systems; Strong knowledge of test design techniques; Experience with Agile (Scrum); Intermediate+ English (both written and spoken); Good communication skills, proactivity, ability to work in allocated team; Stress tolerance. Would be plus: Experience with ReadyAPI; ISTQB certification.
