Payrow Payment Systems is a financial services company that specializes in mobile banking, card payments, accounting and foreign exchange. Join us in building the global payment platform for SMEs. General Information: Payrow is part of the international Skytech Solutions Group with a portfolio of its own innovative products in the development of Highload systems and product geography: Europe, England, USA, China, Korea. The team you'll be joining: 25 engineers, spanning across Russia and Europe. We're organized into product teams composed of engineers, designers, product managers, operations and finance, each dedicated to achieving the same goals in a specific domain. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Contribute to Payrow Technology strategy, principles, and standards. Bring thought leadership to business and engineering problems related to on-demand platforms, including integrating internal and 3rd party order fulfillment solutions. Drive agility and speed of delivery of solution to meet business demands. Mentor, develop, and partner with software developers and engineers. Develop strategic roadmaps in partnership with business and technology leaders. See and shape the future of a strategic business initiative. Minimum Requirements: At least 2+ years formal experience leading a team. 5-7+ years experience as a professional software engineer. Previous experience in PSPs, acquirers, payment gateways or card schemes. Experience with building PCI DSS compliant solutions. Integration of internal and external modules such as anti-fraud, CMSs, other PSPs/acquirers. Vast knowledge of Golang. Ability to meet tight deadlines. A passion for implementing best practices and a bias toward smart automation. Proven ability to collaborate with and mentor other engineers. Experience building massively distributed systems, or building intuitive, feature-rich user interfaces. English - fluent. Why Payrow?
